Designed to actually run.

D2R brings process design, live execution, and governance intelligence together in one platform. No separate tools for documentation, task management, and audit evidence.

Design Mode

Build structured processes that your team can actually follow.

D2R's visual process designer creates living workflows - structured enough to govern, flexible enough to reflect how work really happens.

Visual Process Designer

  • Add steps, decision points, groups, checklists, and swimlanes.
  • Define how the process should be executed and who is responsible.
  • Link references required to complete the process as expected, including policies, external resources, regulatory guidance.
  • Assign stakeholders to a process to ensure the right people are up to date on each process run.
  • Sign-off history is preserved - any new versions of the process require fresh approval.
  • All these process properties persist across every run.

AI Process Generator

Describe your process in plain language - what it's for, what industry you're in, and roughly how many steps. D2R generates a complete, structured process diagram you can adjust accordingly or run immediately.

  • Go from "this process lives in my head" to a structured workflow in minutes
  • Generated processes include steps, decision points, descriptions, and logical flow
  • Refine the result in the visual designer or run it as-is

Approval and version history

Two questions every regulated team eventually has to answer. D2R answers them with the same record.

When leadership asks

“Has everyone signed off the process?”

The version itself carries every signed-off stakeholder, the comment they left, and the timestamp. No more pinging four people to find out where approval is at.

When a regulator asks

“What did this process look like in March?”

Major versions are unchangeable baselines. The diagram, the approvers, and the evidence are captured at promotion - not assembled later under deadline pressure.

Process Catalogue

From 5 processes to 500 - everything findable, governed, and on record.

Organise the catalogue by department, function, team, or regulation - whichever structure your business runs on. The catalogue grows with you.

Run Mode

See exactly how your processes run - in real time.

Designing a process is only half the story. Run Mode is where design meets reality - capturing the data that tells you what's actually happening.

Live Process Execution

When you start a run, the process diagram comes alive.

  • The same diagram you designed updates live as the run executes
  • Every step shows status, ownership, timestamps, and duration
  • See work as it happens, not after the fact
  • Edit the process during a run to keep the tracker current
  • Run chat keeps notes and questions attached to the run
  • Pause, complete, or cancel a run with every action timestamped
  • Scheduled runs create new instances automatically on cadence
  • Multi-run view keeps every instance in one place

Dashboard and Analytics

Every process with completed runs generates a built-in dashboard.

  • Active runs, total runs, completion rate, overdue count, average cycle time
  • Run Timeline - compare every run side by side, step by step
  • Spot patterns: which step is the bottleneck, which team is faster, what's improving
  • Not a separate reporting tool - built into every process, updated with every run
  • Set SLA targets for individual steps or the entire process
  • Overdue runs flagged automatically in the dashboard and run list

SLAs, Overdue Flags & My Actions

Set SLAs once at design. Every run inherits them. The work that needs your attention surfaces automatically in My Actions.

  • Every future run inherits SLAs from Design Mode and can be updated in Run Mode.
  • Overdue items flag themselves - when an SLA is missed, the item appears in Top Priorities, flagged Due Soon or Overdue. No manual chasing.
  • My Actions is what falls out of the SLA architecture - Top Priorities, Active Responsibilities, Checklist items, Mentions, and items needing immediate attention.
  • Filter and focus - by status, due date, or type.
  • One source, two views - what an Ops Manager sees in My Actions, a COO sees aggregated on the Dashboard.

Completion Certificates

Every completed run generates a formal Certificate of Completion.

  • Process name, version, instance details, ownership, timestamps, duration
  • Professional and Enterprise tiers include a full Material Changes (Audit) log
  • Every action, every person, every timestamp - captured automatically
  • Exportable for sharing and reporting
  • Designed to be shown to an auditor, quality reviewer, or underwriter
How D2R is different

D2R is more than...

More than a checklist

Checklists are inside D2R. The value is execution intelligence, governance, and analytics - proof of how work happened, not just a tick-box that it did.

More than a task tracker

D2R governs recurring, structured processes - the ones that need to run the same way every time. It's not Asana, Monday, or Jira.

More than documentation

Documentation describes how work should happen. D2R captures how it actually happened - with timestamped, attributable proof.

More than automation

Visibility and governance come first. AI and automation come next, where the evidence supports it. Progressive, not premature.

AI Insights Add-On

Your execution data is the foundation.
AI makes it actionable.

Once your processes are running and generating execution data, D2R's AI Insights turns that data into actionable insights - surfacing bottlenecks, flagging variance, and recommending exactly where AI and Automation can reduce cycle time or improve consistency.
